Norm is the founder
and president of Organization Dimensions, Inc.,
a consulting firm specializing in assessing and
improving organizational effectiveness, with an
emphasis on human resource management, key organizational
processes, and customer/patient satisfaction.
He has over 25 years of experience in industry and
the entire healthcare continuum. In addition, he
has extensive experience working with "distressed"
organizations in turnaround and workout management,
crisis management, and interim management.
Prior to launching the firm, Norm was Vice President,
Human Resources at Northwestern Memorial Hospital
where he was responsible for all human resource
functions. He also held a similar position at Lindberg
Corporation, overseeing all human resources and
industrial relations for 22 plants on a corporate-wide
basis. Norm has also held the top Human Resources
position at Ingalls Memorial, a large community
hospital.
Norm holds an M.S. degree in Human Resource Management
from Loyola University in Chicago. He has been on
the faculty of several Chicago universities, teaching
courses in human resource management and labor-management
relations at the graduate level. |

| Dean is a Senior
Consultant with a broad background in Human Resources
Management with an emphasis on executive coaching
and, improving organizational and individual effectiveness.
His work experience includes positions with several
Fortune 500 companies. |

| Karen Wise is
a Senior Consultant with senior mananagement Human
Resources experience with fast paced, high growth,
change oriented companies including those in the
technology industry such as Wang, Apple Computer
and Tech Data Corporation. Although she has been
responsible for all HR functions, her area of emphasis
is in performance management practices where she
has worked to translate goals, job standards, and
metrics into improved business results. |

| John is a Senior
Consulant Associate with a broad background in industry
and Healthcare Human Resources. He has worked as
Human Resource Consultant with Jarosz and Associates
and in senior Human Resource positions at Calumet
Coach Company and St. James Hospital. |

| Peggy is Director
of Operations. She is responsible for all aspects
of client coordination and logistics. Peggy has
worked in a variety of administrative and professional
settings, most recently as a department head at
Parkside Senior Services. |
